But me? Nah, I'm not a blogger....I don't really have anything that interesting to say...but here I am. Blogging. But I'm not sure why I'm doing it. Partially so I can keep a log of what all is going on in my life as the years fly by faster and faster, partially to say the things I think but don't usually say out loud, and partially for the pure entertainment (gosh I hope it's somewhat entertaining) of you, the reader. I'm going to give this thing my best shot to stay consistent with it, but I hear it can be challenging. I think I should go ahead and give a shout out to my husband (of one month and one day!), Matt, for <strike>encouraging</strike> mentioning at some point that I should start a blog. I'll begin by telling you a bit about myself....

I went to college at ASU... Angelo State University that is. It is a small D2 school in San Angelo, Texas and has around 7,000 students. I majored in marketing (probably a bad idea) and met/dated/fell in love with Matt there. Fast forward a few years and he and I are both in Dallas. He is going to Parker University studying to be a doctor of chiropractic. I am working as the assistant to the president of a manufacturing company. I'll leave it at that because, in all honesty, I might eventually say (write) some things in this blog that could be considered "venting" about work. And well, I don't want to wind up losing my job. To wrap things up for this initial blog, I'd like to go ahead and inform you that I am a Christian, love the Lord and believe His son died for my sins, and strive to strenghten my relationship with Him on a daily basis. Like all of us though, I have my bad days and struggle to consistently be the woman I know I need to be.

One last thing...I've got two dogs. Hurley and Penny are their names. I'm going to attempt to put up pics so you can see just how adorable they are.
